legit question: i need some more upper body workouts, does anyone have any they can share?

You already look in good shape, don't think you need too much working out especially with weights, because too much muscles not good either - maybe things like yoga or Tai Chi or slow pull ups can help tone upper body...

I agree with you that bettors chat is open season on anyone that posted here, anyone not wanting to be criticized or wanting moderator protection/help whitewashing their threads should stay in subsections...I don't agree with forums whitewashing threads for touts like to make it look like they have winning threads.
