I missed it by a day but think I could get a reset on a technicality since you are no longer SBR Genie. I'm being sarcastic about the reset but how would anyone possibly know the answer to that question?

Tell them to cease and desist, they are infringing on BMR's intellectual property rights. Couldn't believe it when I saw the question

If you can't do 30 strict push ups get on a push up program till you can. A little bit of elevation is fine so it is like a very slight incline bench. The concrete blocks in a parking lot that you pull you car up to work perfect.
