duude i know, they are reused for the dogs poopoo though. i'm now thinking why i dont use reusable bags, cause in CR that's all i used when i went grocery shopping.....i should prob fix that BUT also i need bags to pick up the poo lol so
you already know the cucumber jokes lmfao
yo i will literally make anything for anyone on here. i would have so much fun doing it. i just got my ma's sewing machine so i'm going to try to embroider BMR onto a sweater or something
wow that's super super impressive. I recently ran my mature adulthood (after turning 30) best 5k time in the 21 min range. hitting all 3.1 miles in sub 6:50 pace felt sooooo fast, I can't imagine running just a titch over 7 min pace for 8 additional miles.
well done! I've been tossing around the idea of going for a sub 6 min 1 mile combined with a 500 lb deadlift or squat this year. Until recently know one had done a sub 5 min mile and 500 squat until a few guys did it recently. I've been inspired to see how low into the 5's I could get back down to if I really focused by next summer olympics. Hard to get turnover at this age, so maybe 5:29 might be limit without getting super skinny and gaunt.

IMHO just focus on getting a 500lb deadlift. Once you get over 30 being strong at a reasonable bodyweight is the best thing you can do. Running beats the crap out of your body and I get that some people love it for the mental and emotional benefits but physically it will catch up to you.
