bruhh noo i havent been in so long, it's no bueno. gotta get out of this rut. i told myself i'm gunna start yoga again today, then start the gym routine on monday to start the week strong. we'll see how that goes lol
happy to hear you made it back in the gym. hows your back feeling after the workout?
I just joined a new gym which has helped a lot. Super private, can overlook the whole SF bay too from both the weights and cardio machines. Definitely motivates me to go more

It feels great. Ty for asking. I kept it to cardio, shoulders, and a little abs and my back didn't bother me once. Leg day will be the real test... I'll put that off as long as possible.

of course dude, anytime! i'm glad it feels great and didn't bother you. its always a great feeling. just be mindful with legs i always tend to push it too far if i'm feeling ok lol
my back has been ok lately because i feel like i haven't been extremely active. sometimes if i move too fast in the wrong direction i'll pinch the nerve which is stinky. but curious to see how it feels once i start working out again
Finally made it back into the gym today…first time in months. My legs feel like jello and my back feels a little tight so going to do some yoga once i get home. I have an issue where i like to compete with the people lifting next to me
anyway, gym selfie dropped - sad bc you can see how much muscle i lost in my legs ): thank goodness for muscle memory though. Consistency is key
