I am close with some of the mafia here. The mafia here is not what we in America think of the mafia. Completely different in every aspect. They run 90% of the KTV's run girls, drugs, extortion but nothing too crazy... .The wedding I went to was 75% if not more all Mafia there.

I don't do drugs , I don't even drink but I appreciate the lifestyle that goes with it, once again, the mafia in Vietnam is nothing like what we know like it is in America at all. Drugs are a part of life and there are sellers and buyers. That is something that will never change. I personally see nothing wrong with the business.

I am not mafia related at all, not into that stuff. 4 of my girlfriends in the past here have been from Hai Phong and all of their families were in the mafia and I became cool with their families and older brothers. They actually hate people from Hanoi and they know I rep Hanoi hard.... but they also know I am a foreigner and appreciate that I love Vietnam and their culture. They are nothing but cool to me and anything I need or problems I have , they are there for me. I have been around them and seen what goes on. The girls they run are pretty amazing and to see it up close it surreal.

This picture is 10 years old, It is in Sapa where it snows in Vietnam. This is a picture I took with the Hmong /Ethnic children. This is in Northern Vietnam but they have their own language. They don't speak Vietnamese they speak Red Dao. The Red Dao spoken language belongs to the H’mong – Dao language family. Their writing is based on Chinese characters adjusted to accommodate their own spelling. Some of them speak Vietnamese but not many. This is how the children dress everyday. It is a very cool place to visit. and I love this picture!
