I fasted yesterday for nearly 20 hours & then drank bone broth to break my fast. I believe @edawg recommended this & it definitely helped me not overeat & settled my stomach before eating dinner.

I ended up at the South Point yesterday and had delicious Chinese food. You start out with these delicious wonton things and then I had potstickers along with Kung Pao chicken and fried rice

I ended up having Panda Express today for lunch. Wasn't that good. No flavor. I had chow mein with string bean chicken and kung pao chicken

We went to a dive BBQ place in San Antonio today.
Got the brisket sandwhich plate, black eyed peas, & green beans.

It was OK. Nothing to write home about.
The brisket was a little dry. It maight have been because we got to lunch so late (2 PM) and the meat was sitting out. Not sure. The BBQ was pretty damn good.

Best part it was only $14 with a tea.
