That’s a relatively healthy meal good job Bobby and it looks pretty good, how was it ?

Very tasty although the chicken was a bit salty. Very flavorful but i told the wife maybe next time do a salt free seasoning and then add a bit yourself

Dinner last night was a delicious steak with carrots, zucchini, squash and asparagus.

The wife made a delicious dinner the other day that featured squash and zucchini, white rice and a chicken bake thing which included low fat cream cheese, green onions and jalapenos. It could have been a little more spicy for my taste but overall I enjoyed it very much

I ended up with the oyster bar at Santa Fe station yesterday. Had a pan roast with crab, shrimp and lobster. It was delicious and even better the next day!

There's a new Italian restaurant out here at the Santa Fe called Stallone's. I tried their Alfredo over rigatoni the other day. Needless to say for $18 I would not be getting it again. I can easily make the same for a lot cheaper. It was not worth it
