I ended up at the cafe at Santa Fe Station Thursday night. I had the grilled chicken teriyaki which came with white rice and pickled vegetables. Very tasty except the chicken still had some bones in it which I did not like having to pick through. I wish it was just chicken breast

The wife made this for dinner yesterday. She makes this every once in awhile and I'm not exactly sure what it's called if anything but it's basically like a green chili. She uses green chilies along with enchilada sauce and red potatoes. Usually she puts sausage in it but this time she made it with chicken. Topped with some sour cream and cheese. Very good and even better the next day

Ended up at California Pizza Kitchen yesterday for dinner at the Mirage. Had a food comp to use so might have went a little bit overboard.

Started out with a wedge salad, avocado egg rolls, Mexican street corn then I had the carne asada pizza followed by the butter cake for dessert
