This was definitely not on a diet but it was tasty! The other day my parents were staying downtown at the plaza and they have a place called Hash House A Go Go. They are known for their oversized portions. I had the meatloaf with carrots and green beans over a bed of mashed potatoes and this delicious sauce on top
