This was definitely not on a diet but it was tasty! The other day my parents were staying downtown at the plaza and they have a place called Hash House A Go Go. They are known for their oversized portions. I had the meatloaf with carrots and green beans over a bed of mashed potatoes and this delicious sauce on top

I had some pulled pork and cauliflower the other night with a diet Mountain Dew. The pulled pork didn't have much flavor unfortunately, I was disappointed

About a week ago I treated myself to the California Pizza kitchen, I haven't had it in a while and it sounded good. Their bread is always delicious and then I had the Mexican street corn along with the chicken tequila fettuccine

It didn’t have as much flavor as I was expecting therefore, I had to add some additional salt and pepper, but it made it a lot better after that

Made breakfast tacos this morning.
Forgot to mix the jalapenos into the eggs.
Added some salsa on top.

The key is to get the bakery fresh tortillas. It makes the taco.
