I mean I know they did have breading on them which is probably not the best for me but I think doing them in the air fryer helped even though they weren't very crispy. I paired it with some sugar-free chicken dipping sauce which made it tasty as wellBobby is eating a lot healthier food.

I don't HATE veggies it depends on how they are prepared. Wife wanted to steam the broccoli but when she did that last time it had no flavor and was to soft. I suggested we roast it and I was able to make sure it was well seasoned.
