I just had Birria tacos with consommé tonight. The consommé sauce at the place where I get my tacos is kind of runny but still tastes delicious. The sauce in your picture looks pretty spicy.
I personally like a thicker sauce rather than something really thin because then it just makes a mess

they werent as spicy as i thought they would be, but it had so much flavor i didn't mind. i love spicy things. this sauce was on the thinner side but it wasnt as messy as i thought they would be. i really do think these are the best birria tacos ive ever had

I have a place I go to that's less than a mile from where I live. Their quesadillas are so fluffy too. I saw a torta on their menu board that I have to try next time I'm there.
