Federal gov't with a lot, and reimbursing fire fighters.

The rebuilding wil be massive and the value of loss is going to be ridiculous because of some of the area that has burned.

This is going to be bad for future insurance prospects as they will take a massive hit here.

I'd like to say that in the end the taxpayers will pay for it, and they will, but it's probably more precise to say they will borrow from the Fed, thus creating the dollars, and in the end that will affect everyone, whether they pay taxes or night.
