Stumbled across this forum after my bovada account was disabled 2 days ago with almost 16 grand in it after attempting a 2500 dollar withdrawal.
Welcome to the not very exclusive club of people who are getting ripped off by Bovada. I'm sorry, but it's not looking good. Many have been robbed and/or had their accounts restricted as of late.

Been doing some research seems like people have had success going this route with bovada.
This seems like a last resort but thank you for the resource. As long as the account is still "under investigation" and Matt from BMR is advocating for me I don't necessarily want to go full legal mode on them. The minute the situation sours though I think this is definitely something I will pursue.

They are looking into it Skolar. As soon as they give me any information you will know.
Are they stonewalling you as well at this point? I don't know how this process works from BMR's end but it seems like a rather long time for them to get back to you with any sort of update or information. I know you said you would let me know if they give you any info, so I assume they haven't, but is this normal in your experience?

See This is why I can't believe that you didn't do anything wrong. You haven't been paid in 4 months, no communication with Bovada and you won't file a dispute with the gaming commission? LOL.. I think the situation has gone past sour rofl.
