While we all genuinely appreciate any help you can give BMR Matt, I might point out that in Skolar's case they have been "looking into it" for about 4 months.

They are likely going to claim that you bet over the maximum allowed amount and then steal most of your funds. They have been doing it to a lot of players lately.

I see 10's of open/unresolved complaints of this nature/alleging frauds etc. Seems when they start this process its about a 50-50 if they pay you out or not.

This seems like a last resort but thank you for the resource. As long as the account is still "under investigation" and Matt from BMR is advocating for me I don't necessarily want to go full legal mode on them. The minute the situation sours though I think this is definitely something I will pursue.
Are they stonewalling you as well at this point? I don't know how this process works from BMR's end but it seems like a rather long time for them to get back to you with any sort of update or information. I know you said you would let me know if they give you any info, so I assume they haven't, but is this normal in your experience?

See This is why I can't believe that you didn't do anything wrong. You haven't been paid in 4 months, no communication with Bovada and you won't file a dispute with the gaming commission? LOL.. I think the situation has gone past sour rofl.
