Welp I read this whole thread and am now scared Bovada is robbing me too. Account got temporarily disabled earlier today after requesting a withdrawal. Guess im screwed also.

Just bumping this as a reminder never to deposit at Bovada. To my knowledge none of the complaints were ever resolved and none of these people got paid (myself included).

my last experience was getting a bonus, depositing for the bonus, only to see that it had to be rolled over in 7 days???!!! when my limits are 100 or less, that was impossible

yeah, bovada has some goofball bonus rules... if you don't meet the rollover, they can also take away whatever winnings they think you had from betting the bonus. for example deposit 200, get 100 bonus, run it up to 1000, and they take away the bonus AND your other 700.

if anyone isn't gonna meet a bonus there, FORFEIT IT. if you don't use that option before it expires you could get screwed.

I personally know 7 or 8 people that stopped playing there. It's an idiotic business decision on their part.
The one thing you can't do as an offshore sportsbook is not pay people.

Same thing happened to me no reply for month just ignoring me. Chat and support email is absolutely useless and waste of time. Investigation email completely ignores my emails. Did you guys all file complaint with curacao gaming board? I just did hope they actually do something.....

I didn't file a complaint. They only stole a few grand from me. Just isn't worth my time.

Welp, I guess this means I have no chance in getting my money out of them then. My account has been under investigation for 2 months. Has a balance of 30k in there. I found a winning method to bet on esports enba , recognized a trend and took full advantage of it and went all in. Account was suddenly disabled before I could even ask for a withdrawal and has been under investigation since February 19th. They asked for identification so I sent in my ID, a proof of address, and have heard nothing from them. I was hoping to find someone that at the very least was able to withdraw their money while bovada just closed their account, but it looks like that won’t happen.
