Weekends don't have any effect on me nor my dietBobby will falter very soon!! Weekend is coming!
I'm not sacrificing any taste whatsoever. 98% of the food I've been eating is really good@BobbyFK needs to stop ‘reviewing’ all that $#!T that’s made for 5 year olds. NOBODY that posts here is drinking Zero Sugar Cherry Mountain Dew chemical $#!T! Actually, a lot of posters in this thread (including myself) have given Bobby enough tips & tools to hit his weight goal without sacrificing taste or having to over-exert at the gym.
I feel @BobbyFK has almost reached that “This is a lifestyle, not a ‘diet’” reality we all hit in our 40’s - but he’s not quite 100% there yet…..
I'm trying to avoid cheat daysYou may be right Roland. I hope not but if Bobby can keep it up for >21 days, it'll become habit.
The cheat days are what's going to kill him. They'll come more and more frequent and pretty soon, the diet is over. Lets avoid that Bobby.

I'm sure it's a lot of mental as well, but to answer your question about the gym, I don't even know pal. At least a year if not moreThere you go again with food.
But that's not to say your strategy is bad, it's just that even good strategies keep getting applied only to food.
Think of each day that you don't work out, go to the gym, walk a shit ton, etc as a cheat day.
This is cognitive behavioral therapy here. You are changing the way you think and behave.
You're on the right track, just expand now into motion, excercise, etc. Don't injure yourself.
@BobbyFK when was the last time you were in the gym? Let's get a video.
Bobby you should do a weekly update, as you know from day to day weight gonna fluctuate.
Nice.
At my peak I was 249Nice.
Whats the total weight lost now Bobby?

I think you said you wanted to hit <200 by cruise time?
Less than 10% of people on a diet can lose 20% of their weight without medical intervention of some type. Keep rolling.
How long has it been since you started as in days months so far on this journey ? And what was your weight then and now? No time to go back to read.Yes 200 is my goal by February 2026
