6 egg yolks and a shot of whiskey.- The Coke was the least healthy thing in that order. I haven’t had a Coke for at least 20 years - same thing with orange juice in the morning with breakfast - just unnecessary sugar. I’ll do coffee on the weekends, and all other meals it’s either real ice tea with lemon (no sugar), or ice water, or, of course, my 1 vice…..
