If you drink water instead of soda every meal you could save 25,000 calories a month = 7.14 lbs of fat.

👍 - The Coke was the least healthy thing in that order. I haven’t had a Coke for at least 20 years - same thing with orange juice in the morning with breakfast - just unnecessary sugar. I’ll do coffee on the weekends, and all other meals it’s either real ice tea with lemon (no sugar), or ice water, or, of course, my 1 vice…..
