That was the problem I fasted for 30 hours and I was up 30 hours. I could not fall asleep so I gave in. if I was able to go to sleep that night, I would’ve did at least another day or more.

Pretty much the keto wife says, “I want this, make it happen, and make it as keto as you can…..” but the 1 rule I have is I get to have a beer with it…..

This part clearly indicates Malted is a smart man.

Wife is similar here. Almost no red meat on the menu. One meal a week I get to have steak/pork or something "good" and she has fish.

The compromises makes for a better marriage.

Malted I love Fried Egg plant lightly salted and lots of pepper

The char is great, ‘stripe’ peel it first, & if you grill it, make sure you olive oil the F#CK out of it, or it will be dry, not juicy. S&P and season it, and that PAM olive oil spray works pretty good. And cut the slices thick, like 1/2” or more…..
