That is a given opening weekend most years. Last year was brutal for chalk eaters opening week or so but later in year favs were unstoppable.

Yes the season is so long is one of the key factors for me that i dont get excited by opening day games.Give it about 12 games into the season to get a better early look for the teams and games and for betting numbers

I really like Detroit. They may make a run to the playoffs this year but if they don't make it in 2022, they will in 2023. They've done a great job developing their young talent.

I kind of see them like the Astros were in 2012-2013, 2014. Just like the Astros, I expect big things from Tigers soon.
