Unfortunately I never really had any muscle to begin with so I won't be losing much![]()
By losing the weight I in turn I'm losing muscle as well even though I don't believe I ever had any real muscle to begin with but I understandyou have already lost a significant amount of muscle

Cardio is great but you should consider adding some weight training Bobby.
