As you can see I'm trending down not up. As far as the dog food, this was in my in-laws room and it was one little pieceWe'll see 250 before 225.

Why the negativity? I've dropped some weight since I've been back from Jersey. I think I'm on the right track hereI believe you will plateau, crash and reverse course.

@BobbyFK - Sending you some positive vibes to counter all the haters - even though you did start this “journey” here 2 years ago and all told you’re +8 lbs.
If I can offer you any advice, you’re around the age when I started noticing you can’t just ‘burn it off’ with your youth anymore. You need to stop thinking ‘diet’ and start thinking ‘lifestyle’. Quick reference guide - sugar & carbs are your enemy, also any processed $#!T, canned $#!T, anything with 25 ingredients (and half of those are chemicals), and crap fast food.
I have 1 bad vice, and it’s beer. You said you don’t like beer anyways, which works in your favor. So, if you need a buzz, or you’re going out - go red wine, or clear alcohol like vodka or tequila. Don’t get anything mixed like Margaritas or Mai-Tais or anything with Coke in it.
