On the surface though I disagree with how BMR handled it. There could be more information of course -- though at this point I have heard explanations from both "sides"
I also have seen exchanges between both sides that don't make either side look good at all. Very petty, degenerate shit, threats, etc. looks bad both ways IMO -- doesn't change what the facts of the case are, but it's not a good look in either direction
None of this makes the proceeding lies about money laundering, etc. OK at all. I'm not condoning spreading lies, quite the opposite in fact
