As I said in another post I just posted. BMR/SBR has let racism be a part of the forum from the inception of the forum. And it starts from the top. I am not condoning it at all but it is just the way things have always been at these forums from day one. Racism is completely uncalled for in any way shape or forim.

Is it real - absolutely. Countless acts of people just being attacked for no reason - aside from what someone “presumed” they were. Not a result of any action they took/didn’t take.

Of course there are plenty of dumbasses who act the fool - then try to claim it’s “racism” when a police officer beats the shit out of them as they resist/run away. There’s a difference here.

Using the N word (while as acknowledged already not the brightest move) is not racist - simply because it was not directed at the recipients race. There’s a difference between calling someone a dumbass because you think their race is inferior and calling them a dumbass because they ACTED LiKE A DUMBASS. Problem is of course - random passers by who might be offended by the word may not have full context of why the word was being used and may make a similar hasty decision to jump to action.

Of course somehow in our society it’s fine to use racist language - so long as you’re a member of the same race as the recipient. Ditto calling out someone’s sexuality. Just don’t be a white straight male calling out a “minority” - that’s just wrong every time,

Yeah, that’s the main point here to just mind my own business because there’s nothing I can say to anybody or some stranger to make them change who they are as a person if they are inconsiderate or selfish. I on the other hand are very self-aware and can take advice from someone else. Learn from it and do better, but I’m a rare breed. That’s exactly what I’m doing in this thread, so I’m glad I posted it.
