He's definitely out of NY if not laying low in the Dominican already.

I played tennis with Brian several times, we were in the Lifetime league in Minny. He was a straight shooter with a beautiful wife & couple kids.

United has come under a lot of heat in past years. Maguire the previous CEO is one of the richest men in Minny & floated as possible buyer of Twins. My guess is one of two things:

1-Someone got denied a treatment for some pre existing deal or selective procedure (I can see snowflakes flipping for not getting free tranny surgery or because mom didn't have insurance until she found out she had stage 4 breast cancer then applied).

2- They thought he was Maguire and maybe there was some blackmail or ransom BS going on but got mistaken identity.

Seems like a lot of people who have United Healthcare currently think this guy is a vigilante of some sort.

Its funny how this case shows just how biased our criminal process is in the United States.
Look at what authorities have done in this case:

• Closing the bridges out of Manhattan to try and find the shooter.
• The NY Police Chief has indicated they are putting every resource available on this case to catch the shooter.
• FBI involved in a state criminal case.

How many of these steps have been taken for each and every murder in New York? They average ~ 1 homicide per day so far this year. It was ~2 per day in 2021. Did Joe Blow's murder yesterday get the same response?

So why are they doing all of these things for the UHC CEO?

Exactly...
Whenever I think about this incident, it does not make me fell bad. We should feel bad, right?
I think I might be going to hell as a result.

I'm guessing many don't feel empathy because they have been screwed over by the insurance company (or know someone close who has) just so the company can make more profit.

Maybe, just maybe, those that work in the insurance industry should be the ones who feel bad. I mean, people are dying so that profit more. That seems like more of an ethical issue than our lack of empathy.
