What I meant was that I made an account with them because like 5dimes they have great odds for teasers

But before I got to even make a teaser bet, they cut my limits twice. As to why they cut my limits, I guess it's just based on my early action which was made on various tennis, soccer, basketball, football, etc. bets

I didn't really think I did anything too out of line I mean of course I bet some of their reduced juice stuff that had slightly better odds than the market (isn't that the whole point of betting reduced juice? lol). I was really trying to stay under the radar until I started going heavy on their teasers but no such luck. Or I hope someone has better luck than I did anyway

So an update on my adventure with them.

Ultimately went bust with them and received the “bonus” 62% free play today.

The nice thing - the RO on the bonus free play is 12x winnings only - no combining with the remaining portion of the deposit - so if you win 500 on the bonus - you need to only roll 6k (500 x 12) - which is a big boost when you bust out not having to finish a 12x roll on deposit and any prior FP winnings (which could be significant).

Seems to be a fairly run shop - hopefully can clear roll on this and report back on withdrawals

Good thing about their bonuses is that all action counts towards rollover. So you could do blackjack or video poker which are like 99.5%+ RTP to clear it. You even get a small rebate (0.2%) on those

Regarding slow grading, I noticed they grade very slow on non major sports such as tennis etc . However if you just chat and give the ticket number its graded like in 5 minutes.

No tracker. You can ask in live chat but they can make mistakes too so it's best to manually calculate it yourself
