So just had the following matchup bet graded a loser yesterday.

Doug Ghim vs Beau Hossler - PGA Tour - World Wide Technology Championship - Tournament Matchups Nov. 7th - 10th @ EL Cardonal at Diamante - LOS Cabos, Mexico

I bet Hossler - both made the cut and Hossler is winning as of today (and has been since Friday’s round) - no explanation of why the mis grade.

So asked and got a blow off answer of they will look into it and LMK.

It’s pretty simple - both players made the cut - was graded on Saturday so clearly they did not “mistake” it for a round 1 matchup.

Can’t say why they graded as they did and not immediately correcting. Actually disconnected on me 2x - finally saying they will get back to me once it was clear I was not just walking away and forgetting about it.

Mistakes happen - but there are red flags here gents - proceed with extreme caution as we have seen similar behaviors from BetUS.

Oddly - they also declined to honor the second half of the celebration promo. I declined the casino free play for 62% additional sports free play - originally told need to zero out the free play initially given before they could grant the 62% - that then changed to I must have a zero balance to I must be at complete zero (no pending) but they would honor immediately once I was at zero.

Well this zero’d me out completely and still didn’t honor it. I’m curious to see the response - but pretty clear it’s more than a simple mis-grade. They hoped no one would notice and happily would have kept a $500 wager and $640 winnings.

* They did just reinstate the wager to my account as I typed this. So at least correcting - but again got to watch them.

Definitely a couple of red flags

About on par.

So as mentioned earlier - they are very slow to grade wagers. I asked if they could message wagering to grade this one (plan on playing it out and getting away from them) - matchup ended at around 3:30p EST and sent the message to play the 4:25 games - still not graded.

Yea - same old 5Dimes stall tactics when your winning to slow you down.

Misgrading the bets is my nightmare as I cannot check each n every result.
Mentioning this when happens is a good thing to alert other players too.
Could this be solved?

Easily / having someone who pays attention to what they are grading.

Obviously - it happens on a “major” event - it’s going to be brought to your attention quickly by the incorrectly judged losing bettors.

I’ve had it before on tennis - incorrectly grading a 1st set wager a loser thinking it was for the match - and have had a book not know their own damn rules regarding a player withdrawing mid match due to injury. Only one this bad that stands out in my mind though is DraftKings handling on a small ($100) live soccer wager I made on the event total where they refused to admit they mis graded.

Just pisses me off it’s still “pending” - event finished yesterday - no excuse for bets to pend
following the last player leaving the field - technically it’s a matchup so once the 2 involved finished it’s over - but I guess there’s that 1 in a trillion chance since both tied for like 12th that the 20+ golfers still going could all have major meltdowns - pushing the 2 involved into a playoff for the tourney and scores could change.

I hate being “that” bettor asking books to grade a wager so I can use the funds to bet something else - but it’s simple. Either do your damn job timely (and correctly) or offer ability to leverage pending bets (like YouWager/Heritage and I believe BetOnline amongst others). Quit holding player funds hostage - especially in situations where a player is on a streak and trying to slow them down (classic 5D trick as well as not pulling pending withdrawals for 24-48 hours to encourage players to use the fund and invalidate the withdrawal request).

It’s a decent place with good bonus - but be aware of what you’re signing up for. They will play games.

as far as I noticed so far, they are grading winners als losers equally slow. So I don't really think it's a trick tbh, but more likely a lack of resources.

And regarding the PGA example above... although Golf may be a major sport, how many people will bet on a specific H2H at a small book? I wouldn't be too surprised if you're more or less the only one.

I used the funds and 'invalidated the withdrawal' more than once back in the day lol

Do they give any bonuses? Do they give free plays, or have streak contest or similar?

Couldn't you have done a rolling-if bet ?

Seems they have that functionality just like 5dimes did

So aside from the mentioned hiccup - things going well there.

I do like the selection - limits for non mainstream stuff are low / like $250 on challenger tennis - but again not a bad thing limiting low liquidity markets.

Should be taking a withdrawal soon / 1% BTC fee - not horrible but not free either.

Nobody should be charging a bitcoin fee

Agree - or at least present an option free such as Litecoin as other books do.

1% sounds like small potatoes - but start getting over a grand and it adds up. Given the book already makes a profit on your wagers in form of a vig - the payouts should be free 1x every 2 weeks.

They do offer some decent options - would be nice to see free payout options though. Maybe they do and just don’t post on website.
