Lean Utah +8 or better. It hasn't approached that line yet.
Note: I'm not on this game.

USC has only played one team that was decent so far (Notre Dame) and got crushed but there were a few other factors in that game that may have lead to the score.

Biggest hesitation on this one is... does USC bounce back at home after that butt-kicking? They are a great offense with a not so good Defense. Utah is a good defense without a decent offense. So does USC offense beat Utah Defense or not?

Tough call.
