Think of this game as the opposite of Duke/Kentucky. These teams are bad. I mean really bad. Each has 2 wins against Div 1 opponents and those were not the greatest of oppoents. But, I think there is an edge betting with VMI.

W. Carolina is in the bottom 10% of almost every basketball metric. VMI isn't much better but is in the next teir UP of bad teams. The line indicates this is a toss up, I'll take the better statistical team that is playing at home.

Do not watch this game. If you do, you may lose your desire to ever watch CBB again (think middle school ball).

They haven't lost since Dec 5th and they are beating teams soundly since then by an average of 13 points, the closest being a 6 pt win over IU Indy. They are 1st in the Horizon League standings and are expected to win the Conf. Their overall ranking has climbed almost 60 places over that run.

N. Kentucky hasn't been improving as the year has progressed. They've dropped about 25 places in the rankings. They are 0-7 ATS on the road this year. I don't expect it to get better tonight.

The Michigan Tm Tot winner was lucky. The game went to OT to get us there. What's strange is Michigan played very poorly but the box score doesn't show it.


Two +money days in a row. NO WAY can we get to 3...... Today would be a good day to fade.

Robert Morris isn't a power house but GB is really really bad. Doug Gottlieb (think ESPN announcer) is the GB head coach and the high hopes they had when he was brought in have crashed. They have lost 13 in a row including a game to Mich Tech (Div II). Maybe they've lost their will to try.

Robert Morris has been taking care of business all year, beating teams ranked lower than them and losing to teams ranked higher. The exception is the loss to Detroit Mercy in OT Jan 2nd. They let the game get away from them in the last 2 minutes.
