Geez JJ. STEAK races. ‘C’mon man.
Actually, the last race after a stake race is usually the least scrutinized race of the day.
The exotics can over pay as well as win bets other than the favorite.
Most people reach the height of paying attention at the feature race. Often times the last race has value within it.

Granitz is usually good for 10-15 wins per meet here. This year, however, he’s sending a lot of his horses to Turfway. So his production here has been low. Still, he’s too good not to scratch out a few nice prices between now and the end of the meet. Good time to hop aboard.
