Wilson is another trainer that I will bear with while he slumps, based on past successes here. When he’s rolling, he trains for speed. Horses jump to the from, go :21 first quarter, and just keep going.

Been crazy busy but in play today.


Banking on Rarick horses to run well. Rarick is a dependable bomber every year. Just need to time it right….and bet it right, which is always the catch.

Played her today in second leg of double and middle leg of P3. Do I throw a win bet on her? Of course not. You know what happened….

Trainer Posadas took over the barn when trainer Bobby Raymond died, who was an excellent trainer here. Posadas had some decent success initially, but looks like he couldn’t keep up the momentum with the owners. Has a really small barn now. But he’s still a good trainer and is being totally ignored here, sitting at 13-1 with 3 MTP. Fire away with confidence in this guy.

In all seriousness, whenever I like more than one horse in a race, I try to bet the longer shot 100% of the time.

Sometimes I get undisciplined with that and it bites me in the a$$.
