Many years ago I lost several thousand to BetOnline on a hack in their casino. I immediately contacted them and showed them this play was not consistent with mine and they found the login was from a strange international IP. They immediately credited my account with the missing funds.

I just filled out the player complaint form, I appreciate any assistance you can provide.
I had some outside family issues come up, but I just got back into town, and really do appreciate any help.

For anyone who cares to know any updates on this, I will try to sum up what has changed since my last post.

I had an ongoing complaint/dispute going through CasinoGuru. After Sportsbetting.ag provided the actual game logs showing the $1000-$4000 spin wagers, they refused to respond or acknowledge any questions asked by the CG team.

When asked why none of the $20,000 that dissapeared were in any of the logs available for me to see, they did not respond.

They never responded to any of the questions asked, and the only thing they said before going completely dark was, “There was no breach”

No one ever mentioned a breach, and their inability, or unwillingness to answer any questions, which are extremely simple questions, but they are being dogged any ignored.

They never responded to any of the complaints I opened through AskGamblers, and since they refused to answer relevant questions through Casino Guru, their overall ranking score has taken a hit.

I can imagine the countless player complaints which are submitted about someone who goes on tilt, loses their balance, and blames a third party for accessing their account. The logs they provided themselves show this is not the case, and they cannot explain any of the extremely odd, if not improbable actions which occurred.

I know many of the users here regard BetOnline and their umbrella of sites reputable and go to bat for them, but I don’t understand how the conclusion with this can be anything other than Sportsbetting.ag, or more likely, their security department, did something, or knows something that makes them look bad, so they are choosing to completely ignore it all together.

I would love to be proved wrong. If there was any evidence that showed I lost this money myself, this would have been closed and finished within the hour of first opening a complaint.

How did I supposedly place bets for $4,000 spins, within seconds of each other, in such a methodological way to bring my balance down to $00.01?

Apparently, it was because there was no beach. From my angle, people need to consider the fact that this site just selectively scams, and uses the reputation of BetOnline and the army of affiliate sites/rankings to sweep things under the rug.

I am happy to hear that your issue was resolved quickly and you have had continued positive experiences with them.

That has not been my experience with them, and have spent the better part of 3-months of them answering only questions nobody has asked, while dodging the only questions relevant to the issue.

Hope it all continues going well for you though.

I know it's little consolation, but I believe you are probably being honest here. This is a big loss, and BOL/Sportsbetting should make a public statement about your case.

They should explain:

1) If the max risk on this game ("Slot Monsters") is $100, how could OP have placed multiple bets >$100 including bets as large at $4000?

2) What is the probability of losing 14 spins in a row in this game ("Slot Monsters")? Based on my limited understanding of slots, this seems infinitesimal.

That is a very strange spin history. If I'm not wrong, it's saying he lost 20k without winning even a penny along the way. And while $2000 in less than a minute is possible as that's just 20 spins, doing that consistently (including a $4000 loss in very little time) without winning back a penny seems impossible.

BOL/SB are very reputable but they were caught cheating players in their live casino years ago. They blamed a 3rd party but nevertheless, everydayhodl seems to have a case here.

Yeah, they they’ve had a few rogue employees for sure on the live tables through the years. That type of shit can happen anywhere, but I respect your decision not to play there. I myself feel comfortable with having my money there.

I had open complaints through another forum, and I was updating as I was getting responses/learning new information.
This has been ongoing for months, and the responses from SportsBetting seemed to wait until hours before the 7-day timer was expired, so it’s been a slow process.
That being said, you are right, and I will do better at updating in more regular timeframes.
