Apologize for replying twice to the same message, but I missed what you were asking with the screenshot.

Is this what you were referencing?
No, you already posted that. I want a screenshot of your PAYOUT page taken *today* and showing the current balance too. I suspect after this 20k withdrawal request on Nov10, the line above it will say it was cancelled.

And how is it impossible for you or anyone to go from $20 to $200 per spin? People tilt all the time. Unless you mean impossible because the slot game doesn't allow bets of that size.

Actually I thought the original Payout screen said 20k requested. Now that I look again it says canceled. This is exactly what I was after.

There is absolutely nothing in these pics that shows anything unusual, hodl. Every single pic is consistent with the tilt/degenerate story and possibly worse, that you did this all intentionally to try to take a shot at them.

1. You spin $20 and win a jackpot of $26,000. This shows in your slot history. You then request a 20k withdrawal. You get the standard e-mails and screenshots showing you wanted to withdraw 20k.
2. You cancel the 20k payout request and keep playing slots.
3. You lose it all, and claim it was theft.

There's nothing in the pics that contradicts #1-3. In fact, the slot history shows that ~20k was lost on slots. So what's your theory? That they manufactured a fake slot history to steal 20k from you? After they just "allowed" you to win 26k? They would be going to all this effort to steal back the money they just awarded you...

Your claim that you could not have bet that much because you normally bet less is ridiculous. Of course you could've changed your bet size.

After investigating this game, it seems the max per spin is only $100. There is also an autoplay feature that allows up to 500 spins. But this transaction history you posted must be grouping spins together because for a game like slots, it'd be 100 pages long if it tracked every spin. So losing 20 spins in a row for -$2000 is not at all crazy. Losing 20k straight in chunks of -2k, -4k, etc. also seems improbable, so I'm not sure what's going on there, but I don't play slots because I'm not a moron.

As I stated in the original post, I requested a payout for $20,000 which was cancelled by the site. If you read the original post, you would have already known this information.

It is impossible to click spin, and have any bet for more than $100 on this game. I was doing $20 spins when I won.

This is the detailed log, with included time stamps on the far right, and nothing is being lumped together.

If that were the case, and all of them were lumped together, it would mean I placed $20,000 worth of spins, never winning a single cent, at max using $100 per spin, in the timeframe of less than eight minutes.

"So what's your theory? That they manufactured a fake slot history to steal 20k from you? After they just "allowed" you to win 26k? They would be going to all this effort to steal back the money they just awarded you..."

Is this a serious question? It is the difference between keeping $20,000 and having to remove $20,000 from their balance sheet.

That is a very strange spin history. If I'm not wrong, it's saying he lost 20k without winning even a penny along the way. And while $2000 in less than a minute is possible as that's just 20 spins, doing that consistently (including a $4000 loss in very little time) without winning back a penny seems impossible.

BOL/SB are very reputable but they were caught cheating players in their live casino years ago. They blamed a 3rd party but nevertheless, everydayhodl seems to have a case here.

The OLD Heritage, circa 2001 or so.....I was up so big they put me on a payment plan and then just stopped paying after a while. LOL
The other one didn't screw me, but a few people I know. DSI.
Nothing as bad at what BetUs did to me, though.

Update for anyone interested.

  • SportsBetting stopped responding when asked for a explanation by the CG Complaint people.
  • SportsBetting removed my ability to pull any info from this timeframe.
  • SportsBetting's support proved there is transaction history, so unsure why they are now hiding it.
  • The Progressive Jackpot was $26,108.80 at the time of me hitting it
  • The current progressive jackpot is currently at $737.24
  • $20,000 was removed from my account, with no history of it in the logs.
  • Who did this amount go to?
I am open to any other theories, that doesn't point back into someone either pocketing the $20,000 or the fact that they not only took this money I won from me, but also took the money from all the players who contributed to the progressive slot.

I was careful to never accuse the site of anything outright, but when they stop responding because their security team can't explain how this case, which they have looked into at least four different occasions, did not raise any alerts for them.

Even if things like wagers being placed with impossible amounts, or thousands of dollars removed in the matter of a few seconds, the only response I have yet to receive is, "There was no breach."

To me, they have to explain this spin history as I explained in my last post. It doesn't make sense. Are they really claiming the player lost 20k on slots in a matter of minutes without winning a single spin? The amounts are too clean/even.

I don't know how slots work vs. the rest of the casino but something shady could be going on with the software provider/operator which in some way is consistent with SB's otherwise excellent reputation (although how they're handling this is not impressive).

Has BMR helped you?

Hello Bookmakers Review,

I am posting this thread here, since I have been ignored by this bookmaker through all other communication attempts.

To make this as brief as possible, I drove the balance on my account up to roughly $25,000 before losing $5,000 on slots. Put in my withdrawal request for $20,000 (have screenshots/emails balance and chat support correspondence)

My request is cancelled by them within the hour, and I am told to call their support/security team, which I do right away. I speak to a man, and answer various questions, and the whole process takes a few minutes. I am not next to my computer during this call, and once I sit back down and open my account, my balance is now at $ 00.01

Instantly contact support again, who tells me that the balance is in fact correct, and that I have lost $20,000. Since I know this is impossible both because I did not touch my account, but also because there is no way you can lose $20,000 in such a short time span (max bet on last slot played was $25) I ask to see the basic transaction history log of my account, which would show this activity.

I am told that this information is impossible to produce, and am somehow to believe that such a big sportsbook, does not have the capability to record a players transactions.

The communication with them has been the same copy-paste response, with them digging their feet in, that it is impossible to provide a transaction log, showing how I supposedly lost this $20,000 while I was speaking to support on the phone.

I have opened complaints at two other well known player-mediation complaint forums, and my complaint was the first in their history where they 100% ignored both the original, and reopened attempt.

I recently logged in and pulled the monthly transaction history from this timeframe, and they have now completely removed the $20,000 from ever existing. I am more than happy to provide the documentation I have, or any other information requested. Thank you.
Similar case happened to me years ago with BetOnline. Deposited 200, went on a heater, and won around 7K. Do my withdrawal and then an hour later I see an email that says my withdrawal was canceled. I went into my account and there were 3 bets on blackjack for 2k that lost. (I never played in their casino, if I did it was a dollar bet) I called support and they were giving me the runaround. (of course) Long story short I ended up getting paid because they knew they were playing f*** f*** games. They would not have paid this out otherwise. They know when people lie about bets or people who claim they didn't bet that amount.

If I were Betonline and sportsbetting id Implement 2FA if someone is trying to cancel a withdrawal. It protects both parties and helps with trust. I have a feeling they won't though because they know they'll get some people that won't fight for their winnings and continue with there devious ways.

Keep in mind one of the easiest 'scams' to attempt is to log in to your own account with a vpn or some IP different than usual, then go to town in the casino. If you win, great. If you lose, claim account was hacked and maybe there's a chance you get your $ back.

Of course, a player can be hacked at any time although i've never understood why a hacker would go nuts in the casino unless he thought he'd need to 10x the balance to make it worth his while trying to succeed with the payout procedure/verifications.
I'm pretty sure if you allege a hack it is still not the sportsbook's responsibility to make you whole. They all clearly put that in the T&Cs.. Unless they determine their site was responsible for it they may make you whole but good luck. BetOnline has been a sleazy book for a very long time now

I was told to call after my payout request had been cancelled. I assumed they wanted me to call from the phone number that is linked to my account for verification.

The history log which you can access yourself is vague, but I was asking for a more detailed hand-by-hand or spin-by-spin breakdown.

-----------------------------------

These are a few of the screenshots I have which show I successfully requested a payout for $20k and now when I go back to look at my transaction history, that entire amount is nowhere to be found.

I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, and I know they are a reputable book/group with many users. I just do not understand how or why this happened.
I mean the 2:30 AM cancellation time in the pic does not help your case lol. November 10 would have been thirsty Thursday.. I know If it's 2:30 in the morning there is a very good chance i may be drunk. LOL Not saying that's the case for you but it doesn't look good in my opinion.

Many years ago I lost several thousand to BetOnline on a hack in their casino. I immediately contacted them and showed them this play was not consistent with mine and they found the login was from a strange international IP. They immediately credited my account with the missing funds.
