Hello Bookmakers Review,

I am posting this thread here, since I have been ignored by this bookmaker through all other communication attempts.

To make this as brief as possible, I drove the balance on my account up to roughly $25,000 before losing $5,000 on slots. Put in my withdrawal request for $20,000 (have screenshots/emails balance and chat support correspondence)

My request is cancelled by them within the hour, and I am told to call their support/security team, which I do right away. I speak to a man, and answer various questions, and the whole process takes a few minutes. I am not next to my computer during this call, and once I sit back down and open my account, my balance is now at $ 00.01

Instantly contact support again, who tells me that the balance is in fact correct, and that I have lost $20,000. Since I know this is impossible both because I did not touch my account, but also because there is no way you can lose $20,000 in such a short time span (max bet on last slot played was $25) I ask to see the basic transaction history log of my account, which would show this activity.

I am told that this information is impossible to produce, and am somehow to believe that such a big sportsbook, does not have the capability to record a players transactions.

The communication with them has been the same copy-paste response, with them digging their feet in, that it is impossible to provide a transaction log, showing how I supposedly lost this $20,000 while I was speaking to support on the phone.

I have opened complaints at two other well known player-mediation complaint forums, and my complaint was the first in their history where they 100% ignored both the original, and reopened attempt.

I recently logged in and pulled the monthly transaction history from this timeframe, and they have now completely removed the $20,000 from ever existing. I am more than happy to provide the documentation I have, or any other information requested. Thank you.

never used SB, but on BOL you can access the full transaction history for the past three months yourself. So I'd guess this is the case on SB as well?!

when it comes to the casino, the transaction history is vague. It just shows a win/loss for a session. And it takes a while to show up. It certainly wouldnt show the hand-by-hand or spin-by-spin breakdown of any casino play.

Keep in mind one of the easiest 'scams' to attempt is to log in to your own account with a vpn or some IP different than usual, then go to town in the casino. If you win, great. If you lose, claim account was hacked and maybe there's a chance you get your $ back.

Of course, a player can be hacked at any time although i've never understood why a hacker would go nuts in the casino unless he thought he'd need to 10x the balance to make it worth his while trying to succeed with the payout procedure/verifications.

Why did you have to call to verify the payout?
I was told to call after my payout request had been cancelled. I assumed they wanted me to call from the phone number that is linked to my account for verification.

The history log which you can access yourself is vague, but I was asking for a more detailed hand-by-hand or spin-by-spin breakdown.

-----------------------------------

These are a few of the screenshots I have which show I successfully requested a payout for $20k and now when I go back to look at my transaction history, that entire amount is nowhere to be found.

I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, and I know they are a reputable book/group with many users. I just do not understand how or why this happened.

everydayhodl, these pics are perfectly consistent with a user requesting a 20k withdrawal, canceling it, and then playing in the casino. I see nothing shady about these photos. A withdrawal that ends up not being processed will not appear in the transaction history.

In other words, you successfully requested a payout but you could have easily have canceled it right after.

Why would the $20,000 not be shown as a loss, similar to the other amount which was lost? The time frame that the amount was lost was under ten minutes, and the max spin on the slot is $100 spin, so the timeframe itself is impossible.

If I did in fact lose this amount myself, I don't see why Sportsbetting wouldn't provide the detailed transaction log from this timeframe. It has been a simple request, which has been completely ignored by the site. They have also ignored both AskGamblers and Casino Guru's request for this log and have had their rating crash to a 2.9 because of it.

Why would they not just prove I lost the amount if this was the case.

So your balance was $20k on Nov9/10 depending on your timezone, and you have proof of that given your payout request (assuming no photoshop).

Here's what I'd like to see: Transaction history screenshot (taken today) from Nov9 until now that also shows your current balance. If there is truly $20k missing not accounted for in the tx history, that is bizarre.

I never play casino but one day $800 in my account was gone from BOL , I look in the transaction history and it says casino loss. I called BOL security team and after investigating they credited me back my money. I lock out casino at all my sportsbooks and use 2 factor authentication where available and I screenshot all my bets and balance daily because of hearing stuff like this. I was freaking out over $800 I can’t imagine 20k

That's good for you. BOL did the right thing. Sadly, can't say the same for the other two books talked about in this post.
$14,800 just stolen because I was winning too much. Limited to $1 and POOF...the money is gone.

Sportsbetting finally responded and uploaded the transaction log for the requested timeframe.

I took screenshots from the actual slot from their site today, which shows that with all max coins and lines selected, the max bet is $100

The log is what was provided, and I labeled spins which would have been impossible for me to do. I was doing, at most, $20 each. Then this all of a sudden jump to:
1) $200
2) $2,000
3) $2,000
4) $2,000
5) $4,000
6) $4,000
7) $2,000
8) $1,000
9) $500

The remaining spins brought the account down to 1 cent.

None of these amounts were included in the previous transaction log screenshot I had posted.

Apologize for replying twice to the same message, but I missed what you were asking with the screenshot.

Is this what you were referencing?
