Matthew Perry's cause of death was "deferred," according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner.

Drugs were not reportedly found on scene and no foul play is suspected.

"An autopsy was completed today, and toxicology results are pending," a representative for the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's office confirmed.


The coroner also listed "other significant conditions" as a cause of death.


His body was "ready for release," per the medical examiner.

Hmmmm..... Maybe no drugs found on scene but lets wait for Tox report. With his level of addiction problems, I'd be surprised if it came back clean. The people that found him may have "cleaned up" the place before medics arrived.

The Los Angeles Medical Examiner listed Matthew Perry's cause of death as ketamine in an autopsy released Friday.


"Acute effects of ketamine" was listed as a cause of death in addition to drowning, according to the autopsy. Perry died on Oct. 28.
