Be aware that BOL is relying on a 3rd party casino software provider to assist with this. It may not necessarily be BOL which is being untruthful or doing a shoddy investigative job here. I'm not sure what the case is here as customer service did not tell me what the nature of the casino losses are. As an update, I reached out to Dave Mason from BOL and he apparently contacted some higher ups in customer service and I'm awaiting their response currently.

I cannot emphasize this enough, Dave Mason (@DaveMasonBOL) has been very helpful throughout. We exchanged several messages on twitter in the past hour that give me hope. Up until this point, the front end customer service agents have been shockingly confident that there was so suspicious activity on the account.
When I told this to Dave and asked for the hand by hand details of the Casino losses, he attempted to obtain them immediately. However, because casino play and transactions are handled by 3rd party software and cannot be obtained quickly. Dave let me know that at this moment, they do not yet have access to these records. With that said, it is VERY strange that the front end customer service could be so confident.

He informed me not to expect a resolution tonight and that higher management is on it. I will keep everyone in the loop.
It's obviously not the sportsbook pulling shenanigans, since they always compensate the players at the end of the day.
The victims we are aware of, who find these forums and go public and file complaints here, may get compensated.

They already have this information from your previous logins. They asked you for this information to verify what they already knew.Through this all, most importantly. I did not log in from any device from the time I went to sleep and the time I discovered the losses. The allegation of 3:37 AM login in addition to the initial information I received when I reached out to customer service is bizarre. Keep in mind, the agent that repeatedly stressed the 3:37 AM login already knew my device, internet provider because I told CS these devices the day before. Call me a skeptic, but it is not unreasonable to hypothesize that the alleged login was not truly recorded and was merely told to me as a way to try to close the matter.
