Just another of the many silly games that subpar offshore books are playing these days.
They are still paying though. I still haven't heard about any outright thefts from the Phoenix family. That being said, $1,000 every 10 or so days is very slow

For me there is no difference when you complete a rollover and they still force you to play and hold your money hostage; that in definition is blatant theft, IMO.

They require you to place some meaningless $25 bets and then they will pay you. Dumbest rule ever.

An update on payouts for Mania/Phoenix. Their withdrawal page says you can take out 4k at a time but that is no longer true. They are currently paying 1k at a time and that takes about 10 days. So you can only withdraw about 3k a month at this point.
Needless to say, not a place that you want very much money..

What absolutely astonishes and baffles me is that, in this day and age of the internet, they can think outrageous juice, comical limits and awful late posting of lines, along with a uniquely terrible payout schedule and scumbag withdrawal requirements that they can actually survive and retain customers. They wont last another calendar year.
