leaving 400 or so in there from cleared futures, will never play again, impossible rollovers and STILL cant withdraw money unless you keep playing.... hope they choke on it and die.

Just another of the many silly games that subpar offshore books are playing these days.
They are still paying though. I still haven't heard about any outright thefts from the Phoenix family. That being said, $1,000 every 10 or so days is very slow

For me there is no difference when you complete a rollover and they still force you to play and hold your money hostage; that in definition is blatant theft, IMO.

They require you to place some meaningless $25 bets and then they will pay you. Dumbest rule ever.
