Just read a few sites TOS....betting on both sides ranges from bonus voided, to no roll counted to worse. Not a good idea whatsoever.

Been awhile since I was bonus eligible, but I do remember those terms were always pretty clear. Arb with another book is fine, not the same one. Terrible idea.

People absolutely lie about weird, tiny stuff online all the time, especially when there’s zero chance of ever being called out in real life. It’s not even always about “winning” an argument, sometimes it’s boredom, ego, wanting to feel intellectually superior for 5 minutes, or just reflexively doubling down once they’ve said something dumb.

So yeah, it feels odd because it is odd, but it’s also one of the most common things on the internet. You’re not crazy for noticing. So I give it a very small chance you are actually telling the truth, sorry not sorry been around this industry for 20 years myself.

Here's what I'll say in regards to the rollover. I don't use that tactic often and my only experience successfully using it is with youwager which has happened a handful of times throughout the years.

I never understand these books that make things so difficult. Its a lose lose. Word gets out that you're scum and your repeat customers disappear. Not sure where the mindset went to pay the customers and have them give the money back and some.

Depends how big an edge you have there. Risk/reward. I have played at a few shops that I knew were going to be "interesting" because of the significant edges that were available. Got stiffed a couple times but still enough were good to make the decision(s) +EV.

Still, irritating as hell with this kind of crap.

Just another of the many silly games that subpar offshore books are playing these days.
They are still paying though. I still haven't heard about any outright thefts from the Phoenix family. That being said, $1,000 every 10 or so days is very slow.

Haven't deposited anything since they added 4 Quarts of Juice to every line. Still had a decent working balance though and been trying to move it out since. Almost free of them, I give them credit for actually paying but the phone call for every withdrawal is a joke.

i knew, my balance was from over a year ago, had reduced limits, no access to anything except major sports 2 hours before game time... then met rollover (finally) and was withdrawing in pieces when they pulled this nonsense
