Carroll is an energetic guy for a 74 year old but I agree that's pretty old for a HC. I think the Raiders will be decent compared to the last couple years but I don't know if they'll be playing in Super Bowls any time soon.

Carroll was energetic for a 64 year old guy 10 years ago when leading Seattle to Super Bowls
