I gotta say I hate how the narrative has come to form “I told you so” from the BMR posters, but this day has arrived. Dougy has one more swing in him to make his account whole again.

This is what I root for, because I know Goddamn well whatever you may tell him at this point in time it’s a fuckin’ waste of time for both parties. It’s crunch time for our dear Dougy & I believe he can pull this out with his last big future bet.

If that's the case, wouldn't it be better to just go to a Blackjack table right now, and go all in? He'll have a decent cushion after three all-in bets and Dougy will have a 40% of winning each time.

Gambling is an addiction, and this is a textbook example of it. What’s strange and worth mentioning is how readily allow it, and how we even cheer it on. For the most part, we root for him to keep going, blurring the line between entertainment and something that would be deeply concerning

I’ve been in his exact same position, but I made the decision to cut my losses and keep the majority of my profits & invest that money, in regards to my 2024 betting year. Dougy has lost 90% of where he was so this last 10% means nothing to him. Dougy’s strength as a gambler is his future bets. That’s why he was able to be a professional gambler and not have to work for 2-3 years. So he’s sticking with that strategy.

@BigJay has been begging dougie to do this for months and months

I am curious am I the only one on this forum that would like to see Doug put the 30k away somewhere , don’t touch it, act like it doesn’t exist and go get a job? Possibly even go to some gambling anonymous classes? Maybe try to better himself.

Thanks fellas! Can't say I have even a slightly good feeling about this if BUF has to play 3 road games to get in. I'm reading Ed Oliver might be back sometime during the playoffs but who tf knows? I'm one Allen/Stafford ACL tear away from this going into the shitter so right now I could just hope LAR win in SEA Thurs to maintain the #1 seed. Other shit to root for is NE slipping up vs either Jets/Fins so BUF could win the division but that's unlikely. Final hope is DET makes the playoffs as a partial hedge if I get the dream scenario..BUF wins the AFCCG & DET plays at LAR to guarantee 1 of these hits

For some reason I still thought if CIN won out they could make the playoffs. These were the initial bets that I cashed out of so I would've busted if I went through with either of these bets. I've already lost enough cashing out since DK takes 10% out so I'm sticking with these Bills/Rams bets no matter what

Even if they would've beaten BALT on Sun it was never gonna happen once PIT won last night. PIT would just have to win 1 of their last 3 to eliminate CIN. They'll probably lose in DET next game, but at CLE the next wk would've gotten it done
