some 5s out there, but 5 isn't very signifacant, nor is coming off of it to 5.5 but coming off of 5.5 or 5 to 6 would be significant.

And likely trigger some GB bets.
Which is insane.

We know the Eagles are 5 points better on neutral ground.

They are likely double digits better playing at home.

5.5 or 6 triggering GB bets is going to make the books quite happy.

That's why I mentioned that the market may be sending GB into contrarian territory.

If they are getting Philly pressure, but keeping that line low, that's not a good sign for Philly.

It likely means the books are taking a position.

Pinny still holding at 4.5 (-110) and that is evidence of what I'm saying.

Again, we, both Fish and I, expect pressure on Philly by Sunday, even though we are saying Hurts is built in.

That line should move and if it doesn't really shift and I can identify that pressure, then we are looking at a position being taken.

Right now, Philly is not on my radar at all, but GB is on several of them.

See I don't think the books are getting Philly pressure right now.

I think a lot of truly dumb mother fukkers are betting GB liking the 4.5

Why has the ML moved steadily up on GB but the spread not move?

Why has the ML moved steadily up on GB but the spread not move?

That has to do with the signifcance of the spread numbers. The difference between 4.5 , 5.5 and 6.

They are two different issues that only become related when stretched.

And often, during the playoffs and super bowls in the NFL, the favorite bettors by the moneyline while the dog bettors take the spread, stretching these ratios.

This is true especially for lines and numbers at these levels.
