I wasn't in a Frat. Was a Dorm Rat the first year, then off campus. We had floor paddles.
They put 1" holes in them to make them more painful during initiation.

Probably can't do that stuff these days without a lawsuit.

Oh yeah. Our dorm floor was organized. That 1 year of dorm life was party central. Everyone on campus would come to our parties. Also, never pass out on the floor after a party... You'd get hand cuffed to the radiator in the hall for the night, your face marked up with sharpies (w/ NSFW stuff), or get your eyebrow shaved off. Stuff like that. Grades suffered big-time. Had to leave after 1 year.

We were located across the street from the Pike's frat house (our arch enemies). We'd get into it with them all the time. Rocks through windows, yelling matches across the street, etc.... One winter we got into a snowball fight with them and shutdown the main highway through town for 30-40 minutes until police arrived.

It was some crazy s#it.

No eyebrows shaved. Had a buddy looking out for me.
They did shave my legs though, bastards.

A university in the mid-west. Prefer not to mention it. Some may be able to track down my criminal record with too much info.

It wasn't hard if you had any looks at all. Mid-west chicks were looking for as much fun as the guys were.

After my first year, the girlfriend (future wife) entered the same university. The fun was over, so to speak, after that.
