Header where does the passion for soccer come from?
Played in HS to bridge a sport between football and track, but the only sport I dropped out as we ran more than in track. Thus, have a high appreciation for the players. Have several international friends who madly follow the sport and got me hook.

Plus, it’s one sport a lot of female Americans don’t really know and great lead-in with them in talking/explaining about it. And flip side, foreign ladies are impressed that a “stupid American” knows it. 😂

Early morning MLS action:

Charlotte v. Atlanta (+166)

Don’t know if Atlanta (1-0-1) can pull a win at Charlotte (0-2) and this may end up as a draw. The under will be the play for this early morning action. Charlotte did lose to the new franchise, St Louis (2-0), but maybe St Louis is like Vegas hockey team in their inaugural season. So Atlanta should win but declining to take them and taking under instead.

Just changed my mind while doing the write-up. F-it, taking Atlanta.

And talking about St. Louis, they’ll go up against Portland (1-1) in late night action.

MLS games are going to be flooding Apple TV soon. Here's another match right before the storm.

Vancouver Whitecaps v. Dallas FC u2.5 (-120)

The suspense is whether I'll change my mind before finishing this write-up. Vancouver (0-2) don't look very well. They struck quick against my team (Earthquakes but still a bad team) but still lost to them. Playing against Vancouver are Dallas FC (1-1) who are better team but playing in Vancouver. Will the result end up like Atlanta beating Charlotte soundly? I'm just not confidence to select Dallas @ +185 and will finally take the under.

(5) matches are coming up @ 4:30p PT:

Cincinnati v. Seattle
DC United v. Orlando City
NYFC v. Inter Miami
Philadelphia v. Chicago Fire
Toronto v. Columbus Crew

My pick out of those will be DC United/Orlando u2.5 (-112).

Orlando (1-0-1) has been impressive where they won their home opener 1-0 and then draw 0-0 (plus another 0-0 draw during CONCACAF). Though it's only 2 MLS games, they haven't given up a goal. Now comes DC United and can Orlando continue to produce clean sheets? I'm banking on them so took the under.

Damn! Orlando is a beast! Yeah, it's only @ the half but it's 0-0 and kudos as they're trying hard for another clean sheet!

I guess these were the games to take under as @ the half (3) matches are nil and the other (2) has 1 goal scored.

Too many things happening this Sunday so better make a pick before I forget:

LAFC v. New England Revolutions +1 (+108)

The Revs look fresh and determined to put last season behind them with a new attitude and solid goalkeeping will enable them to take advantage of an LAFC who may be a little fatigued having played in Costa Rica just a couple of days ago in CONCACAF.
