Talk to me Krit.
Why the Warriors? I was hoping you were leaning Rockets.
Sorry just saw this. Was super busy today.

Well it’s way after the fact now but the easy response was that the Warriors are the more veteran team, experience matters in game 7. Also Kerr has coached these games plenty of times, Houston coach has not. Also the line was pretty telling, Houston was just -4.5 with a ml close to -200 at home in game 5, yet they were only -2.5 with a ml of -145 today.

I say this all the time, but lines say it all. Most the times you don’t even need to look at the games.

I saw your play before the game so I stayed away.
Thx

2-0 yesterday
159-124-6 total
17-6 playoffs

Nice bounce back day after losing that Clipps bet. Warriors game was fairly obvious at that line and Indy showed up. Cavs are definitely the play in game 2. Not sure I'll bet much of these OKC and Boston games when they are at home, I'm just don't like big spreads. We will see though.

Quick write up and thoughts for the second round.

OKC should get past Denver easily. I think OKC sweeps or wins in 5 games. Denver is not that good and OKC can send Hartenstein and Chet at Jokic. They also have wings to guard Murray and Denver doesn't have the defenders to guard JWill and SGA.

I think Boston wins in 5 games but think most of the games will be competitive. Boston is too deep for NYK, at some point these short rotations will catch up to NYK. Boston will exploit KAT when he is on defense.

I'm a game late on the Indy series but it will be close, could see this going 7 games. Indy is underrated. Not sure what's up with Garland but they need him. I fully expect Cavs to win easy in game 2, and Cavs should steal back homecourt when it goes back to Indy. I always feel confident betting Indy because they have a good coach.

I actually think GS wins this series. Most people will be all over Minny as they beat Lakers in 5 and GS struggled to beat Houston. It's a touch matchup for Minny because GS will force Gobert into pick and rolls. Either they will have to go small or live with Gobert being isolated on the perimter. Minny is only -170 with homecourt, that's a GS line. I don't take series bets, but this tells me GS will steal either game 1 or 2 in Minny. Most counter arguments to GS will be Minny's size. Well Houston was big with Sengun and Adams and they couldn't get past GS. I do no see a lot of Gobert playing, so I think Minny will be smaller than Houston. GS also matches up fairly well, Draymond on Randle, Jimmy probably guards Ant. Give me the more experienced and better coached team.

Wow road teams winning a lot of these game 1’s. I was wrong about NYK, still think Boston wins it and don’t see it getting to a game 7. Boston will probably be an easy play in the next game.

Cavs -5.5

I’m goint with the Cavs today, honestly not sure what to expect but I think they are the correct side here.

They are down arguably three of their five best guys, but they have the depth to make up for it. Mitchell will need to go for 30+, will need a huge game from Allen. I’m hopeful role players will play well at home, also hoping Cavs play with urgency and Pacers are content with the split. But this is also shaping up as a lost series with all these injuries for Cleveland.

They aren’t going to cover this I already know. Doubt it lands in the middle, Indy will cover both the opening and closing line.

Cavs absolutely collapsed down the stretch here.

Game 3 is going to be interesting because Indiana is literally playing with house money since they stole both games in Cleveland. I think that's why the Cavs are favored by 2 on the road in a do or die game. That line kind screams Cleveland don't ya think even though I think Indiana has been disrespected by the betting public and is much better than people give them credit for.

Dam.. It's like a disrespect to the home team even after winning the 2 straight games.

Hard to say with that line. That line most likely assumes that they will be mostly healthy. Personally I think Cavs are done but hard to say. I need to look more into that game.
