Quick write up and thoughts for the second round.
OKC should get past Denver easily. I think OKC sweeps or wins in 5 games. Denver is not that good and OKC can send Hartenstein and Chet at Jokic. They also have wings to guard Murray and Denver doesn't have the defenders to guard JWill and SGA.
I think Boston wins in 5 games but think most of the games will be competitive. Boston is too deep for NYK, at some point these short rotations will catch up to NYK. Boston will exploit KAT when he is on defense.
I'm a game late on the Indy series but it will be close, could see this going 7 games. Indy is underrated. Not sure what's up with Garland but they need him. I fully expect Cavs to win easy in game 2, and Cavs should steal back homecourt when it goes back to Indy. I always feel confident betting Indy because they have a good coach.
I actually think GS wins this series. Most people will be all over Minny as they beat Lakers in 5 and GS struggled to beat Houston. It's a touch matchup for Minny because GS will force Gobert into pick and rolls. Either they will have to go small or live with Gobert being isolated on the perimter. Minny is only -170 with homecourt, that's a GS line. I don't take series bets, but this tells me GS will steal either game 1 or 2 in Minny. Most counter arguments to GS will be Minny's size. Well Houston was big with Sengun and Adams and they couldn't get past GS. I do no see a lot of Gobert playing, so I think Minny will be smaller than Houston. GS also matches up fairly well, Draymond on Randle, Jimmy probably guards Ant. Give me the more experienced and better coached team.
