I'm not arguing with her politics or her stance on abortion and there is no way to tell how aggressive she was based on her picture.
I'm just pointing out who found her guilty. She must have done something wrong to get convicted by a jury or a judge. They don't just toss people in jail without a trial. Someone agreed she had done something wrong. Now, could it have been a liberal group of 8 or 12 people??? Maybe. But all 12 being of that persuasion is not likely. Similar for a judge, if he made the call. We don't know if the judge was conservative or liberal. Bottom line is someone outside the DOJ decided her guilt. They just prosecuted her.
I would bet they had video of her in front of the clinic. Most of these places have cameras everywhere. Otherwise it would be hard to get any kind of conviction based on heresay.
There are better arguements to be made against the DOJ than this one.
