3-0 as I sweep my card in NHL and NBA tonight. Portland even handed OKC their first loss of the season as the Trailblazers continue to be a tough team to beat when they're at home so that's why I played them tonight and they happened to beat the defending champs. Hopefully I can keep it going tomorrow on a very light Thursday card.

I think it'll be a good game but I laid the short number with UNC because they're at home and the Dean Dome should be rocking for a game with KU whom I don't think has a better roster than UNC this season. It'll be competitive but I look for UNC to pull away late and get a big W at home tonight.

5-1 today as Houston was my only loser and they lost outright. I was a little bit nervous since I laid a lot of chalk today but it seems like that was the way to go in the NBA emirates cup with the teams needing to win by big margins because of point differential being important in this little in season tournament. I didn't really factor that in but there might be something to it so laying the wood isn't necessarily a bad thing in these cup games.

1-2-1 in the NFL today but I learned a valuable lesson as far the 49ers are concerned not to get involved with any more of their games. Their defense is awful and with a lot of guys hurt it's only going to get worse. I will still watch the games but I'm going to be glad in December when I start working Sundays again because I get the feeling that the Niners know their not contenders this year because if they were they would have made a move at the deadline to shore up their non existent pass rush which got no pressure today and basically got exposed again by an elite Rams offense.
