4-3 day that could have been 5-2 but Pascal Siakam somehow didn't go over his P+R+A prop despite logging heavy minutes in an OT game. At least taking the points worked out for me this time in what turned out to be an incredible game. We'll see what I have for tomorrow's game 2 between the Wolves and OKC. Even though they haven't played at home yet I think Minnesota almost has to win tomorrow if they're going to make a series out of this. It'll be tough to go down 0-2 to this OKC team because they are more than capable of winning a game in Minnesota and all they need to do is win one there if they win tomorrow.

My thoughts are the Fever bounce back tonight. This is a little bit of the zig zag theory at work here as I was on Atlanta last game but I just don't know if Indiana loses two in a row to a team that I feel is middle of the pack in the W. I also took Clark's P+R+A over because how do you bet against her especially in a game I think is probably close although I do think the Fever cover here. Clark has been her usual self so far this season and her usage is through the roof so I think 38.5 is doable here in a Fever win.

As for the other game I think the Sky won't be able to keep up with the Liberty and I think they're going to have trouble scoring tonight so I'm playing the under. Hopefully this isn't too big of a blowout and the game goes over because of it but I'm banking on the fact that the Sky offense looked terrible in the first game and I don't see it getting any better against one of the WNBA's best teams.

They are playing the game in State Farm Arena: 17,000+ seats, for Clark fans.

Dream regular arena is less than 4,000 seats.

This really should work in the Fever favor.
(alliteration? or do I need a third?)
Fever favor for fans, ha.

Ok so so day that ended 3-4 on the night. My read on the Fever game was right except I didn't expect Clark to struggle that mightily. She had a bad game and they still covered which goes to show the depth that they have on their team this year since other players on the team stepped up and had big games. Unfortunately I had the right read on the Liberty game but exactly what I thought might happen did happen which was the game was a blowout so it went over the total instead of staying under. Chicago looks horrible this season but to be fair they played two of the best teams in the W in their first two games.

In the NBA I went 2-1 with the total going up and over and Chet Holmgren easily clearing his point prop. Unfortunately, Julius Randle was nowhere to be found tonight which is a microcosm of his career in that he's been inconsistent. I felt he would go over this number because he has been hot recently and eclipsed this number in several games but OKC made him invisible which makes it tough on Minnesota to win since Ant needs help.

I've officially hit a cold spell in baseball but this was bound to happen at some point this season with how long a season it is. I'll try my best to find a winner or two on Friday's big slate.

Great call on Fever.
No way would I have thought they would win with only 15 pts out of Boston and Clark.

Yeah that was nice to get that one. It was a little dicey as that line was sharp and the Dream played very well at home but the Fever got the job done for us so I'm happy about that.

Rough go of it on Friday evening as I go 2-5 with my only two plays that cashed were the Pacers plus the points and their team total over in another loss by the Knicks. It's going to be tough to come back from down 0-2 for the Knicks especially with both losses coming at home. I think they get one in Indiana but go back home down 3-1 before finally being finished in either game 5 or 6 depending on if they have enough fight to at least take game 5 at home.

The Knicks are in big trouble.

Good luck today, JR.
