Good job in the lab and good job on the trading floor today.
There is a lot under management here and even small positions are something. So my trading desk seeks nothing but gains, day after day. I am aggressive and like I said before, see so much EV here that I can sell it back and not bat an eye.
Capital preservation is high on the list, but returns are the ultimate goal. Sometimes I create a day trading hedge fund with this roll.
You should see my office. 4 big screeens, whiteboards with magnets, reports on the conferences and teams, etc. I generate a lot and invest time to get these returns.

What I love the most about your thread and posts 99% of the lames and leva's here have no idea how to comprehend or understand what you do. Settle down. Only exchanges I am well versed in is stock market. I am still an offshore guy but have dipped my toes into polymarket and picked off a few contracts. Very interesting thread by KVB and looking to learn. I have a lot of spare liquidity each month I can fire.

Yesterday we were the early birds, getting in and out with profit.
Today the trading desk is patient and will gather information as the market unfolds to take advantage of later spots.
There are a lot of ideas, but I am going to be patient today.

Going to be in a situation where we get a sportsbook play, the line moves, then I need to also trade the game. But I have to do so after I've moved the line.
It's like in an investment bank when a huge client order comes through and the trader has to run a algo to get in at acceptable prices, inevitably making him negative. Then he spends the rest of time managing algos to get it back.
Might be starting a game in what my books will show as negative, lol, only to craftily try to overcome the hurdle.
Which game? Can't say yet until the sportsbook positions are filled.

I know it's tempting and looks like a potentially positive thing to do but with no value on the moneyline all we have are spreads out on Iowa. I'd probably aim at -11 or less. Can get -10.5 for .17 cents. Did well last week with these types of plays.
